Who am I ?
I am an artist based in North Lincolnshire, England. I work out of my own studio where I both create my own designs as well as running small group workshops to help others to learn new skills.
I work mainly in sterling silver and copper to create a diverse range of jewellery as well as glass vitreous enamel and bronze. All the bronze pieces I make are sculpted and cast by myself in my small foundry, The Rookery Studio Foundry
Largely self taught I have been fabricating and casting silver jewellery, producing lamp-worked glass pieces and casting metal in various forms for almost two decades now. A proud member of the DM Artist Collective (dmartistcollective.co.uk) and previously based on the beautiful Isle of Skye I am now based in the Lincolnshire village of Goxhill, where I live with my wife Vicki and Cooper the cat.

Moments, Moods and Matter is an exhibition that brings together a diverse collection of works exploring how emotion, passion, and inner experience are expressed through art.
At its heart, the exhibition considers how artists translate what is felt into tangible form. Spanning abstract expressionism, landscape, still life, and sculpture, the works on display reveal the many ways artists respond to the world around them. Some pieces capture the energy of a single, instinctive gesture; others linger over the presence of a place or object.
Each artwork represents a moment in time, an encounter, a memory, a sensation, transformed through material and process. Whether through bold colour and dynamic mark-making or subtle shifts of light and texture, the artists give shape to mood and meaning. The result is an exhibition that invites you not only to observe, but to connect: to recognise something of your own experiences reflected in paint, form, and surface.
